Acquisition of contiguous land on lease/purchase basis in favor of client with marketable title Land for access of 5 Mtr width from the nearest public road to the Land parcel Application & Approval for NA(Non-Agricultural) to Collector on Client's name Site prospecting and initial feasibility, radiation studies and surveys. Land Clearing and Leveling, Access Road Construction Project related permits, consents, approvals and clearances. Soil testing reports by NABL accredited labs.
Power Evacuation & Infrastructure
- Power evacuation approvals and load flow analysis
- Pooling substation: Design, Construction, Approvals from regulatory authorities and commissioning.
- EHV line, Right of Way (ROW) and its commissioning/energization with due approvals from the utility authorities.
- Detailed Engineering and Design (Civil and Electrical Works)
- All other necessary Infrastructure required in case of Solar Park i.e. (Development, Local Area Development, Site Development, Road Structure, Water Supply Infrastructure, Storm Water Drainage, Land Application fee , Power Infrastructure, Boundary Fencing, Street Light, Admin Building etc.).
